Dear Community Partner: 

For more than 70 years, the Peninsula Celebration Association, a non-profit Community volunteer organization, has sponsored and produced the July 4 Celebration activities in Redwood City.  Last year’s parade drew more than 150 entertaining entries and an estimated 40,000 + spectators.  In addition to our annual parade, we also sponsor a Festival that features arts and crafts, food, and a venue for local community non-profit groups to raise money for their activities and projects.  One of the highlights of our July 4^th events is the Battle of the Bands that occurs after the parade.  Last year, Stanford University and the Cal-Aggie band from UC Davis participated in this exciting display of musical talent.

We have been fortunate to have local businesses and individuals contribute and partner with us to continue this annual July 4^th holiday event. There are many opportunities for your sponsorship participation and we would like to invite you to be part of this great community tradition. Some examples of sponsorship opportunities are:

·        Festival Children’s Activities Area
